Dose

- Adults can take 10-15ml of the tonic per day
- Children can take 5-10ml of the tonic per day
- Take the supplement before meals or on an empty stomach
- Add 15-45ml lukewarm water to the tonic before consumption
- Have the tonic twice a day; preferably once at 6-7 am and once at 6-7 pm
