We currently deliver to over 2 countries and are continuously expanding. Please refer to the shipping page for details.

The average delivery time for orders is 2-15 business days from the dispatched day. In rare cases, delivery may take up to 30 working days, excluding the time required for customs clearance. Please note that delivery services are not available on Saturdays, Sundays, and national holidays, which may affect the overall delivery timeline. We appreciate your patience and understanding regarding these potential delays.

We stock most items. Some seasonal items may get sold out, and replenishing depends on market conditions. If an item is sold out, please contact us, and we'll notify you when it's available.

Items usually dispatch within 1-5 business days. In rare cases, it may take a bit longer.

We will refund or replace damaged items according to our return policy.

We will process a refund if the order is canceled within 1 hour or if we haven't started processing the order yet. Requests for amendments or cancellations must be made within 1 hour of placing the order.

As our business is registered under the Letter of Undertaking (LUT) in India, we do not charge any Indian taxes on exports. However, customers may still be responsible for paying any applicable taxes or customs fees upon delivery, as these are determined by the regulations of the destination country and are not covered by us. If you encounter such charges and do not wish to accept the delivery, please refuse the product and return it immediately. To process a refund, please provide proof of these charges. Refunds will be processed after a thorough investigation, which may take 5 to 12 working days.

DrMediCart provides a platform for international sellers to offer their products. We facilitate transactions and provide supporting services to customers and sellers. However, we are not liable for the products themselves or for shipping. Any issues related to product quality, safety, or delivery must be addressed directly with the seller. DrMediCart may assist in resolving disputes and facilitating communication between buyers and sellers, but ultimate responsibility lies with the seller.
