We currently deliver to over 2 countries and are continuously expanding. Please refer to the shipping page for details.

The average delivery time is 2-15 business days from the dispatched day, excluding customs clearance. Delivery services are off on Saturdays, Sundays, and national holidays.

We stock most items. Some seasonal items may get sold out, and replenishing depends on market conditions. If an item is sold out, please contact us, and we'll notify you when it's available.

Items usually dispatch within 1-3 business days. In rare cases, it may take a bit longer.

We will refund or replace damaged items according to our return policy.

We will process a refund if the order is canceled within 1 hour or if we haven't started processing the order yet. Requests for amendments or cancellations must be made within 1 hour of placing the order.
