You may cancel your order within 1 hour of placement. In such cases, we will process your refund promptly, minus a 5% deduction to cover payment gateway fees.
2. Product Out of Stock
In the unlikely event that an item is unavailable, we will issue a full refund, returning 100% of the purchase amount with no additional inconvenience.
3. Damaged Product or Incorrect Item Received
If you receive a damaged product or an incorrect item, please provide video proof within 1 day of delivery. Once verified, we will process a refund for 90% of the purchase price. Note: Refunds are not applicable for glass products due to their fragile nature.
4. Expired Product
If you receive an expired product, please notify us with video proof within 1 day of delivery. Upon verification, we will issue a refund for 90% of the purchase price.
5. Product Representation
We strive to accurately represent our products with detailed descriptions and images. However, slight variations in packaging, descriptions, or colors may occur. Refunds will not be issued for these minor differences.
Important Notes:
- Refunds will be credited back to the original payment method used at the time of purchase.
- Depending on your financial institution, refunds may take 5-20 business days to reflect in your account.
- All refunds are subject to review and approval based on the conditions outlined in this policy.
