DrMediCart is committed to providing reliable and transparent shipping services to all customers. By placing an order with us, you agree to the terms and conditions outlined in this Shipping & Delivery Policy.
1. Origin of Shipment
All products are shipped from our central warehouse located in Tamil Nadu, India. We use reputed international courier services to ensure safe and timely delivery of your order.
2. Order Processing Time
Orders are typically processed within 3 to 6 business days after payment confirmation. Processing times may vary depending on item volume or availability.
Once dispatched, a shipping confirmation and tracking number will be emailed to the address provided at checkout.

4. Delivery Timelines
- Standard Shipping: 10–15 business days post dispatch
- Priority Shipping: 3–5 business days post dispatch
Actual delivery may be affected by customs delays, public holidays, carrier disruptions, or unforeseen circumstances.
5. Shipping Address & Changes
Orders are shipped to the address provided at checkout. Customers are solely responsible for ensuring accuracy of their delivery address. No changes can be made once the order has been dispatched. If a change is requested after dispatch, additional charges may apply and changes are not guaranteed.

7. Customs, Duties & Taxes
International shipments may be subject to customs duties, VAT, or import taxes levied by the destination country. These charges are not included in the product or shipping prices and are the responsibility of the customer.
8. Delivery Confirmation & Signature
A signature may be required upon delivery. If someone other than the customer signs for the parcel, DrMediCart will not be held liable for any subsequent loss, claim, or dispute.
9. Risk of Loss or Damage
DrMediCart takes utmost care in packaging. Once the parcel is handed over to the courier, risk of loss, delay, or damage transfers to the customer. Customers must inspect shipments upon receipt and report any issues within 1 business day to ensure eligibility for support.
10. Shipping & Handling Charges
All shipping and handling fees are calculated and displayed at checkout. These fees are non-refundable, even in cases of return or cancellation. Charges are based on item weight, dimensions, destination, and method chosen.
11. Force Majeure
DrMediCart shall not be held liable for failure or delay in delivery due to force majeure events, including but not limited to natural disasters, strikes, pandemics, war, or government actions beyond our control.
12. Disputes & Complaints
All shipping-related complaints must be submitted within 1 business day of delivery. In case of disputes, the matter will be governed by the laws of Tamil Nadu, India, and shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of courts located in Coimbatore, Tamil Nadu.
13. Limitation of Liability
DrMediCart’s total liability for any claim relating to delivery shall not exceed the total value of the order placed. We shall not be responsible for any indirect, incidental, or consequential losses.
14. Changes to This Policy
This policy may be updated without prior notice to reflect service, legal, or regulatory changes. Any such updates will be published on our official website and will apply to all subsequent orders.
