MTR Multigrain Dosa Mix: 500 gm

  • Multigrain flour ( A mixture of corn, Ragi, Barley, oats)
  • Rice
  • Black gram flour
  • refined wheat flour
  • Edible vegetable interesterified (made from palm oil and palm kernel oil)
  • Salt
  • Leavening agent Sodium bicarbonate
  • Acidity regulator Malic acid
  • fenugreek

How to prepare Multigrain Dosa:

  • Add 1 measure mix to 1 measure water and 1/2 measure curd to form a batter. Set aside for 5 mins
  • Spread sufficient batter on hot Tawa on medium flame and add 1 tbsp oil to the sides
  • Roast till golden brown on medium flame and serve hot
