About the Item:

Tasting Notes Once brewed the liquor is of the palest apple green almost white, the aroma is that of soft peony and mown hay, and on the palate, it is slightly sweet with a well-rounded balance of gooseberry and honey. BREWING NOTES Bring fresh water to first boil at 90C. Add one heaped teaspoon full for each person to the water in a porcelain pot. After cooling down the boiling water for 5 minutes, steep for 3 minutes. Sip tepid.
