How to Use:
  • 1. 1/3 cup Ragi powder
  • 2. 2 cups coconut milk/almond milk/cow milk(12 months plus)/water
  • 3. Any seasonal fruit puree
  • 4. Finely powdered nuts and seeds powder
  • Add a small amount of water and make a paste of the powder
  • Add this to boiling milk or water and cook for 4-5minutes
  • Add any fruit puree to sweeten it and top it up with powder of nuts and seeds to make it more nutrients dense
  • It can also be used to make Roti, Cheela, Idli, Dosa
