About Kalarchi Kaai (Bonduc Nut):

Kalarchi Kaai, known as Bonduc Nut, is an important medicinal plant found in Asia and the Pacific Ocean islands. Its stems can grow up to 15 m long and are usually armed with robust prickles. The leaves are alternate, bipinnately compound, with 6–11 pairs of pinnae. The inflorescence is a densely flowered supra-axillary or terminal raceme or panicle 30–60 cm long.
