DrMediCart (“we,” “our,” “us”) provides reliable, transparent international shipping. By placing an order, you agree to the terms below.

  1. Origin of Shipment

    All orders ship from our central warehouse in Tamil Nadu, India via reputed international carriers.

  2. Order Processing Time

    • Processing: 3–6 business days after payment confirmation.
    • Processing may extend for high-volume periods, stock checks, or compliance reviews.
    • Once dispatched, you’ll receive an email with tracking.

  4. Delivery Timelines

    • Standard: 10–15 business days post dispatch
    • Priority: 3–5 business days post dispatch

    Actual delivery can be impacted by customs delays, public holidays, weather, carrier disruptions, or other events beyond our control.

  5. Shipping Address & Changes

    • Orders ship to the address entered at checkout. Please ensure accuracy.
    • No changes after dispatch. If you request a change post-dispatch, additional carrier fees may apply and are not guaranteed.
    • Some carriers cannot deliver to P.O. Boxes; a physical address may be required.
  6. Tracking & Notifications

    A tracking number is emailed when your order ships. Add support@DrMediCart.com to your contacts so updates don’t land in spam.

    You can track on the carrier’s site (e.g., FedEx, DHL, USPS) or multi-tracker platforms (e.g., 17Track).

  7. Customs, Duties & Taxes

    • International shipments are sent DAP (Delivered At Place) unless explicitly stated otherwise.
    • Duties, VAT, brokerage, and import taxes are paid by the customer at destination and are not included in product or shipping prices.
    • Refusal to pay duties/taxes may result in return or abandonment by customs. In such cases, refunds (if any) are less shipping, handling, return charges, and non-recoverable fees.
  8. Delivery Confirmation & Signature

    • A signature may be required. If a third party at the address signs, the delivery is deemed completed.
    • If the carrier marks a parcel Delivered, we treat it as delivered; theft after delivery is outside our control. Consider selecting a secure address or Priority service with signature.
  9. Risk of Loss or Damage

    • We pack carefully. Risk transfers to the customer upon courier hand-over.
    • Inspect parcels at delivery. For transit damage/shortage claims, email support@DrMediCart.com within 1 business day with:
      • Order number, tracking number
      • Photos of the outer box, shipping label, inner packaging, and items
      • A short unboxing video from the first cut of the seal (highly recommended)
    • Claims filed late or without evidence may be rejected by carriers.
  10. Shipping & Handling Charges

    All charges are shown at checkout and are non-refundable, including in cases of return/cancellation, except where required by law. Fees are based on weight, dimensions, destination, and method.

  11. Undeliverable / Refused / Unclaimed Parcels

    If a parcel is returned to origin (RTO) due to incorrect address, failed delivery attempts, refusal, or unpaid duties:

    • We can re-ship after receiving the parcel back and collecting re-shipping + return fees; or
    • We can refund the item value minus original shipping, return shipping, handling, and any non-recoverable fees.

    Perishable/short-dated items may not be eligible for refund if returned opened or damaged.

  12. Force Majeure

    We are not liable for delays or failures caused by events beyond our reasonable control, including natural disasters, strikes, lockdowns, war, regulatory actions, system outages, or major carrier disruptions.

  13. Disputes & Complaints

    • Shipping issues must be reported within 1 business day of delivery status.
    • This policy is governed by the laws of Tamil Nadu, India. Jurisdiction: Courts in Coimbatore, Tamil Nadu.
  14. Limitation of Liability

    Our total liability for any delivery-related claim will not exceed the order value. We are not responsible for indirect, incidental, or consequential losses.

  15. Policy Updates

    We may update this policy without prior notice to reflect changes in services or regulations. The latest version will always be available on DrMediCart.com and applies to subsequent orders.
