  1. How do I place an order?
    1. Visit DrMediCart.com and browse products.
    2. Select quantity and click Add to Cart.
    3. Open the cart and proceed to Checkout.
    4. Enter your email and shipping/billing address.
    5. Select a shipping method and payment option.
    6. Review details and place your order.

    You will receive an order confirmation email immediately.

  2. Which countries do you ship to?

    We ship internationally from India. Priority Express is available for many destinations including the USA, Canada, UK, EU countries, Australia, New Zealand, Singapore, UAE, and more. Please refer to our Shipping & Delivery Policy for the current list and exclusions.

  3. What are the delivery timelines?
    • Standard Postal (Non-Urgent): 10–15 business days after dispatch
    • Priority Express: 3–5 business days after dispatch

    Delivery timelines exclude processing time and may be affected by customs, holidays, weather, or carrier disruptions. In rare cases, delivery may extend up to 30 working days (excluding customs delays).

  4. When will my order be dispatched?

    Orders are typically processed within 3–6 business days after payment confirmation, subject to stock checks and compliance requirements. Once dispatched, you will receive a tracking email.

  5. Is everything always in stock?

    Most regular items are stocked. Seasonal or limited-availability products may sell out. If an item becomes unavailable after ordering, we will issue a 100% refund for that item or contact you with alternatives.

  6. Can I cancel or modify my order?

    You may request cancellation or modification within 1 hour of placing the order.

    • Approved cancellations are refunded minus 5% (payment gateway/processing fee).
    • Once picking or packing begins, cancellation or changes may not be possible.
  7. Do I need to pay customs duties or taxes?

    Yes. Orders are shipped DAP (Delivered At Place) unless stated otherwise. All customs duties, VAT/GST, brokerage, and import fees are payable by the customer at destination as per local laws. Refusal to pay may result in return or abandonment. See our Shipping & Delivery Policy for details.

  8. How do I track my order?

    A tracking number is emailed once your order is dispatched. You can track directly on the carrier’s website (e.g., DHL, FedEx, USPS) or via global trackers like 17Track. Add support@drmedicart.com to your contacts to avoid spam filtering.

  9. The tracking shows “Delivered” but I didn’t receive it

    Carrier delivery scans are treated as proof of delivery. Please check with family members, neighbors, reception, or your local post office. For higher security, choose Priority Express with signature. Contact us promptly if the issue remains unresolved.

  10. What if an item arrives damaged or incorrect?

    Email support@drmedicart.com within 1 business day of delivery with:

    • Order ID and tracking number
    • Unboxing video starting before the package seal is cut
    • Photos of the outer box, label, inner packaging, and item

    After verification, we will replace the item or issue a refund (up to 90% of product value) as per our Returns & Refunds Policy. Glass items are generally non-refundable due to transit risk.

  11. Do you accept returns for change of mind?

    No. Due to health and hygiene regulations, opened or used consumables, personal care products, and most food items are non-returnable. Please review our Returns & Refunds Policy for full details.

  12. Are your products authentic?

    Yes. We source products from verified brands, distributors, and compliant suppliers. Batch dates and packaging integrity are checked before dispatch. Minor manufacturer packaging or label variations do not constitute defects.

  13. Are your products medical treatments?

    No. All content is for informational purposes only and does not constitute medical advice. Products are not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent diseases. Consult a qualified healthcare professional if needed.

  14. Can you source products not listed on the website?

    Often, yes. Email us with the product name, brand, size, and any reference links. We will check availability and share pricing and ETA.

  15. What payment methods do you accept?

    We accept major cards and trusted payment gateways depending on your country. All payments are processed securely by third-party providers. We do not store full card details. Your bank may apply foreign exchange or cross-border fees.

  16. Do you offer free shipping?

    Yes. Standard Postal shipping is free on orders of $55 and above (eligible destinations only). Priority Express is available at a flat rate where supported. See the Shipping Policy for full details.

  17. Can I change my shipping address after ordering?

    Before dispatch, we may be able to update the address if feasible. After dispatch, address changes are carrier-dependent, not guaranteed, and may incur additional fees.

  18. What happens if my parcel is undeliverable or refused?

    If a parcel is returned to origin due to incorrect address, refusal, unclaimed delivery, or unpaid duties, we may re-ship (fees apply) or refund the item value after deducting outbound shipping, return shipping, customs/brokerage charges, and restocking fees as per policy.
