At DrMediCart, we prioritize secure, simple, and globally trusted checkout. All payments are processed through PayPal’s encrypted payment gateway to protect your information end-to-end.

Accepted Payment Methods

• PayPal Account: Pay securely by logging into your PayPal account.
• Debit & Credit Cards via PayPal: Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Discover (no PayPal account required).
• PayPal Express Checkout: Faster checkout without re-entering details.
• PayPal Credit (where available): Subject to PayPal’s eligibility and approval.

DrMediCart does not store or process full card details on its servers. All payment information is handled directly by PayPal’s PCI-DSS compliant systems.

Security & Privacy

• All transactions are protected using TLS/SSL encryption via PayPal.
• Card details are never stored, accessed, or visible to DrMediCart.
• PayPal’s fraud detection, buyer protection, and verification tools add additional security.

Currency, FX & Bank Fees

• Checkout prices are primarily displayed in USD unless otherwise stated.
• If you pay in a different currency, PayPal or your bank may apply exchange rates or conversion fees.
• Your bank may also charge international or cross-border transaction fees.
• These charges are imposed by third parties and are outside DrMediCart’s control.
• Your billing statement may display the descriptor “DrMediCart” or our registered entity name.

Payment Authorization & Order Review

• Payments are typically captured at the time an order is placed.
• We reserve the right to hold, review, or cancel orders if billing details cannot be verified.
• Orders may also be cancelled due to suspected fraud, pricing errors, stock issues, or compliance checks.
• For high-value orders, we may request additional verification to protect both parties.

Pricing, Promotions & Errors

Prices, offers, and availability are subject to change without notice. We reserve the right to correct errors, inaccuracies, or omissions (including pricing) and to cancel or refund affected orders when required.

Failed or Declined Payments

If your payment fails or is declined, please try one of the following:

• Use a different card via PayPal
• Contact your bank to authorize the transaction
• Email us for assistance

Orders with unpaid or failed payments are not processed or shipped.

Refunds (Method & Timelines)

• Approved refunds are issued only to the original payment method used at checkout.
• Banks and payment processors typically take 5–20 business days to reflect refunds.
• Foreign exchange differences, bank charges, and cross-border fees are non-refundable.
• Refund eligibility and deductions follow our Returns & Refunds Policy.

Chargebacks & Disputes

If a chargeback or payment dispute is filed, resolution will be paused until the dispute is resolved or withdrawn.

To resolve issues faster, we strongly recommend contacting us first. Most concerns are resolved quickly with tracking details and verification.

Taxes, Duties & Customs (Payment Context)

Product prices and shipping charges do not include destination customs duties, VAT/GST, or brokerage fees unless explicitly stated.

International orders are shipped DAP (Delivered At Place). Any applicable duties or taxes are payable by the recipient upon delivery. Refer to our Shipping & Delivery Policy for full details.
