  1. Shipping Origin

    All orders are dispatched exclusively from our central fulfillment facility located in Tamil Nadu, India. Shipments are handled through reputable domestic and international logistics partners based on destination, service availability, and regulatory requirements.

  2. Order Processing & Verification

    • Standard processing time is 3–6 business days after successful payment confirmation.
    • Processing includes order verification, inventory allocation, regulatory compliance checks, secure packaging, and export documentation.
    • Processing times may extend during peak demand, public holidays, stock audits, customs compliance reviews, or force majeure events.
    • Orders are not considered shipped until handed over to the carrier and tracking information is generated.

  4. Delivery Timelines & Delays

    • Standard Shipping: 10–15 business days post dispatch
    • Priority Shipping: 3–5 business days post dispatch

    Delays may occur due to customs inspections, regulatory clearance, carrier backlogs, weather conditions, geopolitical events, or local delivery restrictions. DrMediCart shall not be liable for delays beyond its reasonable control.

  5. Shipping Address Responsibility

    • The customer is solely responsible for providing a complete and accurate delivery address.
    • Address changes are not permitted after dispatch.
    • Additional charges arising from incorrect addresses, re-routing, or failed delivery attempts shall be borne by the customer.
    • P.O. Boxes may not be supported by all carriers.
  6. Tracking & Delivery Confirmation

    Tracking details are emailed once the order is dispatched. Delivery confirmation provided by the carrier shall be considered final proof of delivery.

    If the carrier marks the shipment as “Delivered”, DrMediCart shall treat the order as successfully delivered, regardless of loss or theft after delivery.

  7. Customs, Import Duties & Regulatory Compliance

    • All international shipments are sent under DAP (Delivered At Place) terms unless stated otherwise.
    • Import duties, VAT, GST, customs fees, brokerage charges, or local taxes are the sole responsibility of the recipient.
    • DrMediCart does not guarantee clearance through customs.
    • Orders refused or abandoned due to unpaid duties or regulatory restrictions are not eligible for full refunds.
  8. Risk Transfer, Damage & Claims

    • Risk of loss transfers to the customer once the shipment is handed over to the carrier.
    • Customers must inspect parcels immediately upon delivery.
    • Damage or shortage claims must be reported within 1 business day with photographic and video evidence.
    • Claims submitted late or without proper documentation may be rejected.
  9. Undeliverable, Refused or Returned Shipments

    If an order is returned to origin due to refusal, incorrect address, failed delivery attempts, or unpaid duties:

    • Re-shipment will require payment of return and re-shipping fees.
    • Refunds, if applicable, will exclude original shipping, return shipping, handling, and non-recoverable charges.
  10. Force Majeure

    This policy shall be governed by the laws of India. All disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in Coimbatore, Tamil Nadu.
