At DrMediCart, your satisfaction matters. This Policy sets clear, firm rules so refunds are fair, fast, and compliant. By ordering on DrMediCart.com, you agree to the terms below.

  1. Order Cancellation

    • Free window: You may cancel within 1 hour of placing the order.
    • Fee: Approved cancellations are refunded minus 5% to cover payment-gateway/processing charges.
    • After 1 hour: Orders typically enter picking/packing and cannot be cancelled.
  2. Out of Stock / Unable to Fulfil

    If an item cannot be supplied after payment, we will refund 100% of that item (or the order) promptly.

  3. Damaged or Incorrect Item on Arrival (DOA)

    Report within 1 business day of delivery with required evidence:

    • Order ID & tracking number
    • Unboxing video starting before cutting the outer seal, showing label, inner cushioning, and the issue
    • Photos of the outer carton, shipping label, inner packing, and affected item(s)

    Resolution (after verification):

    • Refund up to 90% of product value or replacement (subject to stock).
    • Shipping fees are not refundable.
    • Glass products are not refundable due to transit fragility. If you require higher transit protection, use Priority Express and optional insurance (where available).

    Cosmetic dents/creases to outer boxes, minor label/packaging variations, or trace leakage from pressure changes do not qualify as DOA.

  4. Expired / Near-Expiry

    • If an item arrives expired, email evidence within 1 business day (video + photos). After verification, we refund up to 90%.
    • Items disclosed as short-dated or within reasonable shelf-life windows are not eligible for refund.
  5. Product Representation

    We strive for accuracy, but minor differences in packaging, labeling, color, or batch markings may occur and are not grounds for refund.

  6. Non-Returnable / Non-Refundable Items

    For health and hygiene compliance, the following are final sale once shipped:

    • Opened/used consumables, supplements, foods, teas, powders, capsules
    • Glass containers (any condition)
    • Personal care/hygiene products once seals are broken
    • Temperature-sensitive or perishable goods
    • Free gifts, sample packs, bonus items
    • Items marked Clearance, Short-Dated, or Non-Returnable

    Change-of-mind is not eligible.

  7. International Shipments, Duties & Customs

    • Orders ship DAP (Delivered At Place) unless stated otherwise. Duties, VAT/GST, brokerage, and import fees are the buyer’s responsibility.
    • If a parcel is returned due to unpaid duties, refusal, incorrect address, or unclaimed delivery:
      • We can re-ship after it returns to us (you pay re-shipping + return + customs/handling), or
      • We can refund item value minus: outbound shipping, return shipping, customs/brokerage charged to us, and a 10% restocking fee, provided items are received back unopened and in original condition.
    • Abandoned parcels (not returned to us) cannot be refunded.
  8. Evidence & Timelines

    • All issues must be reported within 1 business day of carrier delivery scan.
    • Claims without the unboxing video and required photos are rejected by carriers/insurers.
    • Keep all packaging until your claim is closed.
  9. Refund Method & Speed

    • Refunds are issued to the original payment method only.
    • Banks/processors typically take 5–20 business days to credit. FX differences and cross-border bank charges are outside our control.
    • All refunds are subject to review and approval under this Policy.
  10. Legal, Governing Law & Updates

    • This Policy is governed by the laws of Tamil Nadu, India. Exclusive jurisdiction: Courts at Coimbatore, Tamil Nadu.
    • We may update this Policy without prior notice; the latest version on our Site applies to subsequent orders.
    • Nothing here limits your statutory consumer rights where they apply.
