Ownership of Content

- Misattribute, plagiarize, or remove copyright, trademark, or attribution notices.
Any violation constitutes infringement and may result in injunctive relief, damages, account suspension/termination, and referral to authorities.
User-Generated Content (UGC) & Submissions
If you submit reviews, images, videos, feedback, or suggestions ("UGC"):
- You warrant you own the rights or have necessary permissions; your UGC must not infringe third-party IP.
- You grant DrMediCart a worldwide, perpetual, irrevocable, royalty-free, transferable, sublicensable license to use, reproduce, display, distribute, adapt, and create derivative works from your UGC in any media for marketing, analytics, and operational purposes.
- We may remove or refuse UGC at our discretion.
Notice-and-Takedown (DMCA-Style) Procedure
We respect IP rights and respond to proper notices of alleged infringement.
A. How to Submit a Takedown Notice
Send a written notice to our Designated Agent (below) that includes all of the following:
- Your physical or electronic signature.
- Identification of the copyrighted work claimed infringed.
- Identification of the material claimed infringing (URL(s) or precise location).
- Your contact information (name, address, phone, and email).
- A statement that you have a good-faith belief the disputed use is not authorized by the copyright owner, its agent, or the law.
- A statement that the information in your notice is accurate, and under penalty of perjury, that you are the copyright owner or authorized to act on the owner's behalf.

B. Counter-Notice
If your material was removed due to a notice and you believe it is non-infringing:

- A statement under penalty of perjury that you have a good-faith belief the material was removed due to mistake or misidentification.
- Your name, address, phone, and email.
- A statement that you consent to the jurisdiction of courts in Coimbatore, Tamil Nadu, India, and will accept service from the complaining party.
We may restore the material at our discretion after following applicable procedures.
C. Repeat Infringer Policy
We may suspend or terminate accounts and refuse service to repeat infringers or to users who submit fraudulent notices/counter-notices.
Enforcement & Remedies
We actively monitor and protect our IP and may pursue any remedy available, including:
- Cease & Desist letters;
- Civil actions for damages (including statutory damages where available), profits, and injunctive relief;
- Recovery of attorneys' fees and costs to the extent permitted;
- Criminal referrals for willful infringement;
- Platform takedowns and web host / search engine notifications.
Requests for Permission / Licensing
To request permission to use any Content, email support@DrMediCart.com with:
- Exact Content requested (URLs, screenshots);
- Purpose, context, and format of use;
- Duration, geography, and platforms;
- Whether the use is commercial or non-commercial;
- Your organization details and contact person.
Permission is not guaranteed and, if granted, will be conditional and revocable upon breach.
No Legal Advice; Reservation of Rights

Changes to this Policy

Governing Law & Jurisdiction
