How To use:-

• Prep your eyes using a glitter adhesive or primer.
• Apply a base eyeshadow.
• Damp fluffy eye-shadow brush into the loose glitter. Lightly tap the brush to remove any excess. Use the brush to pat the glitter onto your closed lid.
• Finish the look with mascara.
